Your privacy
For good treatment, it is necessary for me, as your practitioner, to create a file. This is not a legal obligation for me. Your file contains your name and email address, an overview of your bio and notes on your state of health and data on the treatment(s) carried out.

If, in exceptional cases, data of third parties (e.g. family doctor) is requested after your permission, this will also be mentioned in the file.

 

I will do my best to ensure your privacy. This means, among other things, that I:

• will carefully handle your personal and medical data;

• will ensure that no unauthorised person has access to your data. I take confidentiality very seriously. I therefore will not share your data with third parties or only with your explicit written consent. Below is an overview of the personal data that Karin Brunner Practice store:


         - First name and surname

         -  Gender

         -  Date of birth


         -  Address details (if needed)

         -  Phone number and

         -  Email address 

• will store the data locally on a secured disk.

 

The data from your file can also be used for the following purposes:

• To inform other healthcare providers. This will only happen with your explicit written consent.

• A small part of the data from your file is used for financial administration, so that I or my administrator can prepare an invoice.

• To be able to call or email you if this is necessary for us to carry out our services.

 

If I want to use your data for any other reason, I will inform you first and ask your explicit permission.

The data in the client file will be kept for 3 years.

The invoice you receive will state

• your name

• day of treatment

• a brief description of the treatment, such as 'Wellness Balance'.  

• the costs of the treatment
  

 

Sharing with others  


Practice Karin Brunner will never sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you. Companies that process your data on our behalf will guarantee the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Practice Karin Brunner remains responsible for this processing.

You have the right to inspect, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for inspection, correction or removal to acukarinbrunner@gmail.com. To make sure that the request for inspection is made by yourself, we ask you to send a copy of an identity document with the request. Praktijk Karin Brunner will respond to the request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
