Your privacy
For good treatment, it is necessary for me, as your practitioner, to create a file. This is not a legal obligation for me. Your file contains your name and email address, an overview of your bio and notes on your state of health and data on the treatment(s) carried out.
If, in exceptional cases, data of third parties (e.g. family doctor) is requested after your permission, this will also be mentioned in the file.
I will do my best to ensure your privacy. This means, among other things, that I:

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by yourself, we ask you to send a copy of an identity document with the request.
